SEO Keywords
Your local-search and service terms, one per line. When a positive reviewer raises the matching topic, the AI can thread one in naturally. It is a ceiling, not a quota — never forced, never on complaints. General verticals only; regulated industries (healthcare, legal) ignore this field entirely.
Why it matters
A happy customer who writes “the brakes feel brand new” has handed you a chance to say “brake service” back in a way that reads completely natural — and that a local-search engine notices. The Brand Soul tells the AI who you are. The offerings list tells it what’s on your menu. SEO Keywords tells it the local-search phrases worth working in, so a genuine reply can do quiet double duty when, and only when, the reviewer already opened the door.
Fill this in with the service terms or local-search phrases you’d most like surfaced. The AI works them in only when a reply can carry one naturally — never at the cost of sounding like a person wrote it.
What to paste
Plain text. One term or phrase per line. Whatever you’d want to rank for in local search, written the way a customer might actually say it.
| Industry | Good entries |
|---|---|
| Auto repair | brake service, brake repair Tucson, same-day auto repair, check engine light. |
| HVAC / trades | heat pump install, AC tune-up, emergency furnace repair, ductwork. |
| Salon / barbershop | balayage, men's fade, keratin treatment, bridal hair. |
| Restaurant | wood-fired pizza, gluten-free pasta, happy hour, patio dining. |
| Dentist (general) | teeth whitening, same-day crowns, family dentistry. |
2000 character ceiling. A short, focused list beats a long one — the AI only ever reaches for the term that actually fits the review in front of it.
How the AI uses it
- The reviewer raises a topic that matches a keyword → the AI may thread one or two of your terms in, where they read naturally. “Glad the brake service has it stopping smooth again.”
- The reviewer raises nothing that fits → the AI ignores the list and replies normally. It will not bend the reply toward a keyword.
- A ceiling, not a quota. The list is the most the AI may use, not a target it must hit. A reply that threads zero keywords because none fit is the correct reply.
- Positive reviews only. Keywords are surfaced on warm, satisfied reviews. On a 1–2 star complaint the AI ignores the list entirely — working a search term into an apology reads as stuffing and undercuts the apology.
- Regulated industries (healthcare, legal) → this field is hidden and ignored entirely. Search-term threading on clinical or legal topics is a restricted area regardless of what’s pasted here.
Common mistakes
- Treating it like a quota. Listing fifteen phrases does not mean fifteen show up. Stuffing is the one thing that makes a reply read like a robot.
- City-spam phrasing.
best brake repair Tucson cheap fast near mereads as an ad, not a sentence. Write the phrase the way a person would say it. - Expecting keywords on bad reviews. They never surface on 1–2 star complaints, by design. Don’t pad the list hoping to “recover” search value from an unhappy customer.
- Terms that belong in offerings. A full service catalog goes in offerings. This field is for the handful of search phrases you want surfaced, not your entire menu.
What it doesn’t do
The AI will not force a keyword into a reply where it doesn’t fit. It will not thread terms onto negative reviews. It will not turn a warm reply into keyword soup. The list exists so a genuine reply can occasionally pull double duty, not so every reply becomes an SEO play.

Took my car in because the brakes were grinding and they had me sorted same day. Honest quote, no upsell, and it stops smooth as new now. These guys know what they're doing.
Priya, thank you! Same-day turnarounds on something that important are exactly what we aim for, and we're glad it's stopping smooth again. An honest quote should be the standard, not the exception. Come see us anytime.
Priya, thank you! Grinding brakes are not something to sit on, so we're glad we could get the brake service done same day and have it stopping smooth again. An honest quote should be the standard, not the exception. Come see us anytime.
The reviewer brought up brakes, so the "after" reply threads "brake service" once, where it reads naturally. It does not bolt on "brake repair Tucson" or the other terms — keywords are a ceiling, not a quota, and only surface when the reviewer's own topic makes them fit.
